Our office can be found at 1704 Polaris Circle in Ottawa, Illinois, near OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center (formerly Ottawa Regional Hospital & Healthcare Center). We are located conveniently off of Norris Drive/Rt 6/Rt. 71, between exits 90 and 93 of Interstate 80.
From Norris Dr/Rt 6/Rt 71, turn onto Starfire Drive, then take right onto Polaris Circle. At the end of Polaris circle, ours is the office to the right.
